- Partial HST reduction on eligible homes priced $1,500,001 –$1,850,000 million*
- Savings of up to $130,000, depending on the home price*
You May Be Eligible If You:
- Are 18 or older
- Are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Will use the home as your primary residence or long-term residential rental property
- Have not previously claimed this rebate
- Purchase agreement MUST be signed between April 1st, 2026 – March 31st, 2027
